• You agree to promptly notify Kapital Juan of any material changes to information previously submitted.
• False, misleading, or incomplete information may invalidate premium estimates, delay or deny coverage, or result in voidance of any issued policy at the carrier's discretion.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any access credentials, request references, or email threads linked to your submissions.

You acknowledge that any fraudulent submission or use of another person's information without authorization may be reported to the appropriate authorities.

4. Quotes, Premiums, and Underwriting

Any premium estimate or quotation generated on, sent from, or displayed on this website is informational in nature and does not create a binding contract of insurance.

• All figures are provisional and subject to full underwriting review, document verification, and acceptance by the accredited insurance carrier partner.
• Final premium, terms, deductibles, sum insured, endorsements, and inclusions are always those stated in the official policy document issued by the carrier.
• Not all applicants, vehicle types, properties, or cargoes will qualify for coverage; eligibility is determined solely by the carrier.
• Quotes are valid only for the period stated in the quotation document; coverage does not begin until a binding policy has been issued and any required premium has been received.

5. Prohibited Activities

In connection with your use of the site and services, you may not:
